With no sign of the potential to meet face to face on the horizon we have decided to progress the holding of the Seaspray SLSC Annual General Meeting on Monday September 28th remotely via the Zoom platform. The link to the meeting is below:

No password is required. The meeting will begin at 7pm. The Zoom call will be open from 6.45 pm if anyone wants to dial in early.If anyone has any questions about how to access the meeting to participate please feel free to contact me via email or phone 0498010812.
The agenda for the evening is attached. A reminder that if you wish to nominate for a role there are forms available.
It is planned to vote on some minor amendments to the Club By-Laws on the night. The details of that proposal will be sent out at least a week before the meeting.

A key part of the AGM is election of office bearers for the coming year. Attached are nomination forms for anyone interested in putting their name forward for these positions. Each position will be elected for a 2 year term unless otherwise indicated. Written nominations can be submitted email to secretary@seaspraysurfclub.org.au
