Sundays arrive at 9:30am to be on the beach by 10am, and over Arrive 9:30 prepare equipment and sign in
10am Water safety exercises and warm up, followed by action in the beach!
11:00 White group finished (under 6/7)

Expect a visitor!!! HoHoHo!
11:20 Pack up – Equipment brought back over washed and put away. Nippers to take singlets and caps off if the want to stay in the water
11:30 Sausages up stair, please remember everyone is to be dry and wearing shoes.
