Changes to Friday arrive at 5:00pm to be on the beach by 5:30pm, prepare equipment and sign in
5:30am Water safety exercises and warm up, followed by action in the beach!
6:30 White group finished (under 6/7)
6:50pm Pack up – Equipment brought back over washed and put away. Nippers to take singlets and caps off if the want to stay in the water
7:00 Sausages up stair, please remember everyone is to be dry and wearing shoes.
