Seaspray Surf Life Saving Clubs members there will be a Special General Meeting at Sporting Legends Thyme Room on Monday the 29th July at 7pm, to vote on a constitutional change.
The change is required to comply with Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Association Act (2012). There are no changes the members rights, however there is a proposed new organisational chart which will run as a smaller board with operational positions sitting underneath. This will hopefully take some burden off committee members.
Only Seaspray surf club members over 16 are eligible to vote, and excludes Social Members, members have been emailed today, with the draft changes document for review, if you have any questions you can email president@seaspraysurfclub.org.au
